Sprite Stuff: Mr. X (Streets of Rage)

Once again delving into the world of classic 'Beat-Em' Ups', this time it's the main baddie of SEGA's "Streets of Rage" franchise.

The head of the vicious crime syndicate that has taken over the nameless city in which the series takes place in. He seemed to have everyone in his pocket... except for a trio of ex-police officers who take the fight to him. Despite being defeated, this sneaky gun-toting bastard has managed to return numerous times.

He's one of the more memorable bosses/enemies of the franchise, and of the very genre itself. So tried to make a sprite for him.

Used the body of Rugal from 'Capcom vs. SNK', and brought in the unused head of my 'John Sunlight' sprite from my old 'Pulp Novel Characters' spriting project, and reworked my old 'Tommy Gun' sprite as well. Decided to keep Rugal's fingerless gloves as it just fit into the whole '90's Video Game' vibe.
