Sprite Stuff: The 'Surgeon'

NOT RELATED TO ANYTHING ANGEL FALLS-RELATED

Here's one of the bigger bads in the world of 'Kapitan Germany', the enigmatic and seemingly immortal known only as 'The Surgeon' by world governments.


-Real Name: Unknown, tends to go by Abraham in conversation.
    -Thinks it's hilarious.
    -Nicknames/Titles: The Father of Abominations, The Heretic, The Bastard Doctor, The Victorian, The Dark Hearted, The Eternal Doctor.

-A shadowy, and enigmatic, individual who has weaved a path of destruction and shattered lives since at least the mid-to-late Victorian Age. Is known for his work, his line of experimentation, that bestows upon people vast superpowers for a price... or guinea pigs for said experiments. Is the man who gave the Kapitan his abilities back in the day. Has been working his way through the 'Asshole Hall of Fame' ever since World War 2:
    -Communists
    -Terrorists
    -Fascists
    -White Supremacists

-No real ideologies, no real commitments outside of his own interests, and doesn't even like 95% of the people he's ever worked for in his long history. It's just that such individuals tend to not care about his methods, and pay well for his results. So they're just a "means to an end".

-Has been theorized by the UN/FBI/CIA/etc. that he might be responsible for like 40-45% of the world's superhuman population at various points in modern-to-contemporary history. With 90% of those being/becoming villains.  

-Hadn't quite been to Germany much since the 1940's, (what with all those 'war crimes' he's racked up for about a century and a half) but when the Kapitan emerges back onto the scene, sees it as a golden opportunity.
-To field test some new prototypes and creations against an older (though highly successful) "sample".
    -LUCKILY he's found a very willing dupe in the form of Heinz Riehl.


Is probably what you'd get if you took Mr. Sinister, and mixed him with both versions of my character 'Doctor Destruction', added the personality of Doctor Christian Szell from 'Marathon Man' and some little aspects of that 'Doctor Benton' character from Supernatural. 

He's got a personal bodyguard, a woman known only as 'Thesses'. Her origins are currently unknown, though given what her 'employer' does for a living, anything is possible.


Made using a random scientist sprite I stumbled upon from 'Dungeon Fighter Online', his face is a mixture of Sagat and the seemingly ancient Oro from "Street Fighter III". He's meant to look like his skin is discolored, or maybe withered? He's been alive since probably the 1860's, so despite being alive and kicking for such an ancient individual, didn't want his skin looking particularly healthy.

The hunched posture could be due to his advanced age.
