Sprite Work: Reiko 'Wild Rose'

Description

Decided to try and make a sprite for my 'Young Guardian' character, Reiko Winn Yates... or 'Wild Rose' as she goes by when in the field.

The basic concept behind her is that she's the daughter of a human (her father) and a wayward alien (her mother). It wasn't until her mid-to-late teens that she began to manifest powers. This was also the same time that her father (noticing this) picked that time to share the truth behind her mother.

Fearing for her safety and the safety of those around her, Reiko left her hometown... gradually making her way to Angel Falls. She hopes that she'll find help here, help at gaining better control of her powers. Luckily for her, she was soon brought under the tutelage of Phyrefrost, a heroine well-versed in teaching such things.

Made this using a mixture of various sprites from Street Fighter Alpha, that developing game 'Yatagarasu', and X-Men: Children of the Atom. Hope it looks good. :D
